Yes, our funds allow investment through qualified retirement money. This must be done through a self-directed IRA or 401K. If you don’t yet have a self-directed account, we can make introductions to several custodians that we have worked with.

Yes, this fund is open-ended, also known as an evergreen fund. We calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) on a quarterly basis and allow investors to subscribe and redeem at the current share price.

Yes. King Fund only accepts investments from verified accredited investors in compliance with federal securities regulations.

-An individual or entity may qualify as an accredited investor by meeting at least one of the following:

-An individual with annual income over $200,000, or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000, in each of the two most recent years, with a reasonable expectation of maintaining the same income level in the current year

-An individual with a net worth greater than $1 million, either alone or jointly with a spouse, excluding the value of a primary residence

-An entity with more than $5 million in total assets that was not formed specifically to make the investment

-An entity in which all equity owners individually satisfy one or more of the accredited investor criteria listed above

-An individual who holds a Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 license in good standing

The management fee is 2%.
