I’m Dr. Sahib S. Arora, Founder, GP & Fund Manager of King Fund III, CEO of Island Lending Partners, President of King Holdings, and principal of our Atlanta-based Single Family Office.

After practicing as a physician, I transitioned my analytical discipline and risk-management mindset into Georgia real estate more than 15 years ago. I have personally structured and managed 100+ residential, commercial, and investment transactions with a cumulative portfolio exceeding $150 million.

Today, King Fund III delivers consistent, risk-managed income to accredited investors and family offices through real estate–backed private credit (preferred equity and mezzanine positions) and direct real estate opportunities. We emphasize low leverage, senior positions in the capital stack, personal GP co-investment, and full alignment with our LPs.

Transparency is core to everything we do: quarterly NAV reporting, direct GP access, third-party administration, and rigorous, multi-party verification processes on every closing. My recent participation in #GlobalAltsMiami 2026 reinforced my commitment to adopting best-in-class investor protections across the alternatives space.
